YOGA, MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS TEACHER
I was born in Santiago, Chile. I moved to New Zealand/Aoteroa in 2010 in search for a new challenge. It was here in New Zealand that I developed my passion for yoga which lead to my calling/vocation for teaching yoga.
After two years perfecting my own personal practice I travelled to India to begin my teaching journey. I undertook 200 hours teaching training with “Rishikesh Yogpeeth” school of yoga. Since then I have become a facilitator sharing my knowledge of yoga and helping those that may benefit from the practice.
I believe that teaching is my way to give back and share the knowledge that I have received.
Cultivating this ancient knowledge can be the key to caring for our world and becoming a better human being.
Im always eager to learn in order to expand my knowledge. I have completed Yin, Meditation and Mindfulness teaching trainings and a variety of workshops including Trauma based Yoga and Anatomy course.
My classes, mediations and Mindfulness sessions, will be professional and specific to your individual needs.
My goal is to guide you to get in touch with your most authentic self by becoming aware of your breathing, your body, your mind, your feelings and your life.
